How we curate Win from Europe.
We want to answer: Can we explain in one sentence what this person personally helped build at a company founders across Europe recognise, and why that experience is useful now?
Career evidence, then founder relevance
We start with public firm biographies, company announcements and first-person accounts. Profiles link to those sources. We describe the person’s function and work where the sources support it; we omit exact titles, dates or metrics when they are uncertain.
The reason an experience may be useful to a founder is our editorial interpretation. It is not a statement by the featured person or a promise that they will provide that support.
What the directory includes
It includes angel and venture investors alongside selected venture-firm operators and research backgrounds. An investment in a company is distinct from a job building that company. Current firm, past operating roles and investor-side relationships are kept separate. A featured person’s background does not establish a current investment mandate, cheque size, geographic eligibility or willingness to receive pitches.
Europe is the audience and a lens for relevant experience; inclusion does not mean every person invests in European companies. This is a curated starting point, not a comprehensive list or ranking.
Sources and corrections
Public biographies can become outdated or contain errors. Check the primary sources on an individual profile before relying on a current title or role. To suggest a correction, source update or removal, email team@winfromeurope.com with the profile and supporting information.
Win from Europe is an independent discovery platform. Profiles draw on public biographies and inclusion does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
